Thirty-one patient had a nipple-sparing mastectomy with bilateral prepectoral tissue expander placement and placement of acellular derma matrix to permanent silicone implants with Dr. Sprole. She is 5 ft 5 in and 202 lbs. We took her after photos four months from first surgery. Her silicone implants are 800 cc.
