Our 63-year-old patient came to see Dr. Joseph Spaniol for a Breast Reconstruction. She is 5' 7" and 174 lbs. Dr. Spaniol used tissue expander placement and placed permanent silicone implants six weeks later (800 cc). We took her after photos six weeks after her permanent implant placement.
