Patient Details
This 33-year-old mom of two little ones suffered with significant back pain following the birth of her two children. The birth of her children also caused severe diastasis recti.

Diastasis recti is a common condition in pregnant and postpartum women. This happens because the six-pack ab muscles separate during pregnancy from being stretched. The separation can make a woman's belly stick out or bulge long after the pregnancy.

For our patient, she tried years of chiropractic treatment and physical therapy that failed to provide relief. She came to us for an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) with diastasis repair. Here she is in after photos six weeks post-op. She looks and feels fabulous, and what's more, she is free of back pain!
