Joe Spaniol, MD

Board Certified Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon

Professional Bio: Joseph Spaniol, MD, is happy to have joined the PSC team in August of 2021. After finishing a full General Surgery residency and passing his boards, he completed a three-year fellowship in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia and is board eligible in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery. His training included a wide range of cosmetic, hand, traumatic, and cancer reconstruction procedures. He has performed research on breast implant illness, breast reduction, health disparities, and the use of Botox in the injured hand. Dr. Spaniol enjoys collaborating with each patient and then working to provide exceptional care, whether it’s a complex surgery or a simple office procedure.

Dr. Spaniol is board certified in plastic surgery by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is a Candidate for Active ASPS Membership of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. He is a member of The Aesthetic Society.

Outside of Work: I enjoy spending quality time with my beautiful wife and our four children. I also love to get outside for a trail run or a hike whenever possible, and I have played the piano since the age of six. My favorite composers are Brahms, Beethoven, Chopin, and Mozart.
