Patient Details
Our 67-year-old patient came to Dr. Joseph Spaniol for a bilateral nipple-sparing breast reconstruction with the placement of tissue expanders to permanent silicone implants. She is 5 ft 4 in and 105 pounds, and we used 345 cc silicone implants. We took her after photos six weeks after surgery.
