Patient Details
This patient came to Dr. Spaniol for a bilateral nipple-sparing breast reconstruction with placement of tissue expanders and then placement of silicone implants. She is 51 years old, 5 ft 7 in, and 198 lbs. We used 650 cc silicone implants and took her after photos one year after surgery.
