This 61 year old patient came to Dr. Joe Spaniol for a bilateral wise-pattern breast reconstruction with placement of tissue expanders for her first procedure. During her second procedure, Dr. Spaniol placed her bilateral silicone breast implants. Her implants are 650 cc in her right breast and 695 in her left breast. We took her after photos six weeks after surgery.
