Our 63 year old patient came to Dr. Spaniol for bilateral breast reconstruction with tissue expanders. We also removed bilateral tissue expanders and placed permanent silicone implants of 560 cc silicone. This patient is 5 ft 5 in and 148 lbs. We took her photos eight months after surgery.
